Q3. In your opinion, which are the critical factors contributing to the successful
organization of this international project?
Project
critical success factors that can contribute are the main elements of any
project that can influence the like hood of increasing success. These elements are
independent variable that makes success more likely to happen. In this project,
the management is considered of high project success. Hence, i believe that the
most important factor contributing to success here can be the continues top
management support, high level of integration, well managed feedback channels, and the ongoing levelled consultation.
