Some factors was the reason of the project delay in terms of planning time, cost and quality. These factors came from a problem finding a bilingual lawyer to gain the gaming license, searching for multilingual audit companies, and finding and recruiting bilingual employees that could speak Spanish and English. Also, the designing of the new outlets involved some issues like advertising. Moreover, one of the project managers was on a vacation for 3 weeks and it was difficult to replace him. thus, while customs procedures took long time in terms of clearing the gaming machines.
